Be Cool Group UK Ltd has been trading since 2004. It started with refrigeration and air conditioning work for local restaurants and shops, and it grew the way family businesses do: one decent job at a time, with customers passing the number on. More than 2,000 projects later, the group looks after refrigeration for restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, hotels, schools, care homes and pharmacies across Greater London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey and Berkshire.
Commercial Fridge Repair is the group's dedicated repair brand. It exists for the calls that cannot wait: the walk-in running warm on a Friday, the bottle cooler that dies before a bank holiday, the vaccine fridge drifting towards its upper limit. The same F-Gas certified engineers who install and maintain equipment across the group are the ones who come out to you.
We keep the way we work simple. You call, we give you a realistic arrival window and confirm the costs before anything is booked, and the engineer tells you what the fault is and what the repair involves before fitting parts. If a unit is not worth repairing, we say so.
